Our focus this year is on two areas that matter most to manufacturers upgrading their quality control:
AI-Powered Inspection — See how Deep Learning defect classification and anomaly detection work in real production environments. Our QuaVision software identifies surface defects, geometric deviations, and sorting errors at speeds above 1,500 parts per minute — without manual programming of inspection criteria.
Machine Retrofit — Not every production line needs a brand-new sorting machine. We’ll demonstrate how existing legacy systems can be upgraded with modern machine vision hardware and software, extending their useful life by years while delivering inspection accuracy that meets today’s standards.

Grün & Köder GmbH, based in Stuttgart, has been building custom automation systems for over 40 years — from fully automated assembly lines to testing and packaging stations. They are ISO-certified and deliver turnkey solutions for automotive, medical technology, electronics, and consumer goods.
The partnership is straightforward: Grün & Köder builds the machines, QuaVis provides the eyes. Together, we deliver complete inspection and sorting solutions where the mechanical engineering and the vision system are designed as one.
